COLLISION REPAIR INDUSTRY SNAPSHOT SURVEY LAUNCHED

Hoffman Estates, IL – April 12, 2019 – The Collision Repair Industry Snapshot Survey, co-sponsored by the Collision Repair Education Foundation and I-CAR©, has launched and is open for responses from collision shop owners and managers. The data collected by this year’s study will be compared to previous research going back to 1995. Collision industry training, employment, pay and benefits trends over the years will be analyzed and results shared with the industry.

Collision shop owners or managers (one per location please) are invited to take the survey at this link: https://www.cvent.com/d/tbq2lk?refid=cref

Survey respondents can enter to be eligible to win one of three Gift Cards valued at $300, $200, and $100 respectively.

All responses will be kept confidential and results will be reported in aggregate; respondents will not be contacted; and the list will not be sold or shared.

Any specific questions regarding the survey can be directed to the Collision Repair Education Foundation at info@ed-foundation.org.

2016 COLLISION REPAIR INDUSTRY SNAPSHOT SURVEY LAUNCHED

Hoffman Estates, IL– August 18, 2016 – The Collision Repair Industry Snapshot Survey, co-sponsored by the Collision Repair Education Foundation and I-CAR, has launched and is now open for responses from collision shop owners and managers. The collected data will be compared to previous benchmarks. Trends over the years will be analyzed, with results published and shared with the industry.

In order to touch the entire industry both within the Foundation and I-CAR customer base as well as externally, the electronic survey, which is intended only for shop owners or managers, will be distributed via various vehicles including:
• Industry publications
• Information providers
• I-CAR Industry Alliance partners newsletters
• Industry co-ops and buying groups
• Associations’ newsletters
• Large paint distributors and others

It is estimated that this survey will be distributed electronically to over 20,000 shop managers and owners (one from each location). Survey respondents can enter to be eligible to win one of three American Express Gift Cards valued at $300, $200, and $100 respectively.

All responses will be kept confidential and results will be reported in aggregate; respondents will not be contacted; and the list will not be sold or shared.

Collision shop owners and managers are asked to please consider completing the Collision Repair Industry Snapshot Survey, which is co-sponsored by the Collision Repair Education Foundation and I-CAR. AUDATEX, CCC INFORMATION SERVICES/MOTOR, COLLISIONWEEK, AND MITCHELL PARTNER WITH THE COLLISION REPAIR EDUCATION FOUNDATION FOR SCHOOL SURVEY PROGRAM

Hoffman Estates, IL – September 29, 2011 – For its second year, the Collision Repair Education Foundation is inviting all secondary and post-secondary technical schools and colleges that have a collision repair program to complete the “Collision Repair School Solutions” survey. Schools that successfully complete the survey will receive complimentary subscriptions/licenses to products from Audatex, a Solera company, CCC Information Services/MOTOR, CollisionWeek and Mitchell. The survey program was introduced in 2010 and in its first year, over $700,000 in subscriptions were given to collision schools.

Collision Repair Schools Solutions Survey

Click Here For 2021-2022 School Solutions Survey

All secondary and post-secondary technical schools and colleges that have a collision repair program are invited to complete our annual “Collision Repair School Solutions” survey. The Education Foundation will use the results to track general program information, key academic performance indicators, and program needs for new tools and equipment to train the students.

As an incentive to complete the 2021-2022 survey, a collision school will receive free electronic subscriptions and software licenses to information provider systems, estimating programs, shop management tools, and repair manuals from CCC Information Services, Audatex, a Solera Company and Mitchell. In addition, CollisionWeek is offering free one-year subscriptions for schools.

Schools will be required to retake the survey on an annual basis in order to renew their subscription to the software and any other memberships.

An updated survey must be completed annually. If you participated in the 2020-2021 edition of the survey, you must also complete the 2021-2022 edition in order to continue to be eligible for donations.
